Delivery & Shipping

Can I track my delivery?

Following your order, you will get a confirmation email when your order has been despatched. This will contain a tracking number to allow you to track your delivery directly with the courier.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to every country worldwide – with free shipping in the UK for orders over £150.

Will there be customs and duties charges?

Taxes and duties are included in the item price, and are calculated according to your shipping location. These charges are detailed on the checkout screen and on your order invoice.

When ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are charged once the package reaches your delivery country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be produced by you.

Free Gift Packaging – your product will be hand packaged in a blue dust bag, placed into our signature blue Beorma Box and carefully folded tissue paper.

Will my order be gift wrapped and can I add a gift message?

All products come gift wrapped with our signature Beorma packaging. Wallets and smaller items will be packaged in a soft dust bag to ensure that the item is protected, placed into our custom box and carefully folded in tissue paper.

We do not currently offer personalised gift messages but hope to do so in the near future.

Order Updates & Cancellations

I haven’t received my confirmation email.

You should receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk filter.

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched, which will include a tracking number that you can use to track your delivery directly with the courier. It may take some time for the tracking number to be live on the couriers website.

Why can’t I add multiple promo codes to my basket?

To use a promotional code on the website, enter the code in the specified box during checkout.

Unfortunately, only one promotional code can be used per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with another.

We are unable to exchange or refund on any personalised items.

When ordering, please check spelling, grammar, and punctuation as we cannot accept returns of personalised products.

How quickly will my card be refunded?

Our customer service team strives to process refunds promptly. Upon receiving, inspecting, and approving the returned products, we will issue a refund for the full product amount (excluding shipping charges) within 7 days. Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. The timeline for refunds to reflect in your account is subject to the card issuer’s processing times.

Can I use an alternative card for my refund?

We can only issue refunds via the order original payment method.

I have received a faulty item

Product Care Guide

What if my leather product gets wet?

If your leather gets wet, let it dry naturally. Do not use any heat sources – such as a radiator or hairdryer – as this can damage the leather.

If you get our wallet or sunglasses case wet, put newspaper inside of it to help it retain its shape whilst drying naturally.

Once dry, we recommend using our leather balm to help replenish your piece. Please see our Product Care for more information on this.

How do I look after my leather product?

We recommend that when stored, you keep our leather products out of direct sunlight and away from heat and moisture. We also recommend treating our products with our Traditional Leather Balm which has been specifically designed to nourish and protect them. Please see our Product Care for more information on this.

Did you know? For men, your actual waist size can be anything up to 4 inches larger than the trouser size you buy.

For the best fit, we recommend you measure your waist through your trouser loops or measure an old belt from the turn of the buckle to the hole you currently use, and then order a belt to fit that size.
