Cancellation Policy

At Beorma Leather Company, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. We strive to accommodate your needs while maintaining efficiency in our operations. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Period

We do our very best to ship your order as soon as possible, sometimes within a few hours of receiving it. Therefore, as long as your order has not been collected by the postal service we are happy to cancel it for you if you contact us. If it has been collected however, (usually around 1100hrs – Monday to Friday) then a cancellation will not be possible and the item will need to be returned to us, please see the returns section.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at [email protected] or call us on +44 (0)1922 351 026. Provide your order details, including your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refunds for Cancellations

If your order is successfully cancelled within the cancellation period, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take several business days to process and appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.


Please note that personalised items, such as products with monogramming, cannot be cancelled once the personalisation process has begun. Additionally, custom orders or items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Changes to Orders

If you wish to make changes to your order instead of cancelling it entirely, please contact us as soon as possible. Again, if it hasn’t already been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes will not be possible after our lovely post man has collected it.

While every care is taken to use current exchange rates, please note that prices in currencies other than British Pounds are for guidance only. The final value of your order will be taken in GBP. Your bank will convert the payment using their own exchange rate and may also levy a transaction fee.

Belt Sizes

Did you know? For men, your actual waist size can be anything up to 4 inches larger than the trouser size you buy.

For the best fit, we recommend you measure your waist through your trouser loops or measure an old belt from the turn of the buckle to the hole you currently use, and then order a belt to fit that size.

Our belts are sized on order, as such please allow 5 working days for delivery. If you have any questions about the size please contact us before purchasing.

The belt dimensions value on each product indicates the inner diameter of the buckle. Since our belts are plaited by hand one by one, some individual differences may occur during production, this is due to the individual tension applied.
