Delivery & Returns – Text Only

Delivery Times

Orders placed Monday to Friday will be despatched the following day and delivered within 2-3 working days following despatch.

Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be despatched the following Tuesday and delivered within 2 -3 working days following despatch.

Due to the high volume of orders, during peak times there may be a shipment despatch delay. However, please be assured that we are working to get your purchases out to you as soon as possible.


All orders are shipped with UPS.

Following your order, you will get a confirmation email when your order has been despatched. This will contain a tracking number to allow you to track your delivery directly with the courier.

Free UK Delivery on Qualifying Orders

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £150. On orders below this amount, delivery will be charged at a standard rate of £7.50.

For UK orders please allow 2-4 working days.

Please allow an additional working day for delivery to Northern Ireland. Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for any security validation and delivery to the Highlands and Islands.

  • Mainland UK – 2-4 working days
  • Northern Ireland – 3-5 working days
  • Highlands & Islands – 4-7 working days

International Delivery

  • Europe – £15 – Up to 7 working days
  • North America – £30 – Up to 10 working days
  • Rest of World – £40 – Up to 10 working days


All items will be hand packaged in a blue dust bag and placed into our signature blue Beorma Leather Company box, which is then carefully folded in tissue paper.

All orders are delivered in discreet outer packaging.


UK Returns

You can request a free return for products up to 30 days after receiving your order. To facilitate a smooth return process, please ensure all products are returned in their original condition and packaging.

We are unable to accept returns on items that are scratched, damaged, or that are not returned in their undamaged original packaging.  Once personalisation has been applied to your product, it cannot be returned. When ordering, please check spelling, grammar, and punctuation as we cannot accept returns of personalised products. 

Return Period

Returned full-price products must reach us within 30 days of the original delivery date, while sale products must be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date to be eligible for a refund.

Free UK Returns

We provide complimentary returns for orders inside of the UK. We will provide you with returns labels and instructions on how to return your item free of charge when you contact us.

International Returns

Currently, we do not provide complimentary returns for orders outside of the UK. Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the buyer to bear the expenses associated with returning the shipment to the UK and ensure all required documentation is completed.

Beorma Leather Company cannot be held liable if returned items are lost or misdirected during transit. To ensure the safe arrival of your return, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable service.

Care & Packaging for Returns

We take great care in delivering luxury products of the highest quality, ensuring they are beautifully wrapped and securely packaged upon arrival.

Please ensure special attention is paid to the packing of any orders. When sending items back to us, kindly pack the items in a manner that prevents damage to the leather, as refunds cannot be issued for damaged items.


Our customer service team strives to process refunds promptly. Upon receiving, inspecting, and approving the returned products, we will issue a refund for the full product amount (excluding shipping charges) within 7 days.

Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. The timeline for refunds to reflect in your account is subject to the card issuer’s processing times.

Personalised Products

Personalised items are non-returnable, in accordance with your statutory rights.


Regrettably, we are currently unable to facilitate exchanges. Should you wish to exchange a product, please return the item and place a new order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Beorma Guarantee

Beorma Leather Company takes great pride in craftsmanship of all its products. We use only the finest materials and the highest manufacturing standards. In the unlikely event that a Beorma Leather Company product does not match up to our high standards we will try our hardest to address the problem.

While every care is taken to use current exchange rates, please note that prices in currencies other than British Pounds are for guidance only. The final value of your order will be taken in GBP. Your bank will convert the payment using their own exchange rate and may also levy a transaction fee.

Belt Sizes

Did you know? For men, your actual waist size can be anything up to 4 inches larger than the trouser size you buy.

For the best fit, we recommend you measure your waist through your trouser loops or measure an old belt from the turn of the buckle to the hole you currently use, and then order a belt to fit that size.

Our belts are sized on order, as such please allow 5 working days for delivery. If you have any questions about the size please contact us before purchasing.

The belt dimensions value on each product indicates the inner diameter of the buckle. Since our belts are plaited by hand one by one, some individual differences may occur during production, this is due to the individual tension applied.
